Workplace Practice

Here at Sharpe Systems, we pride ourselves on the way we run our company on a day-to-day basis. Below are how we feel on a number of different issues, by adhering to these few principles, it makes life easier for all employees.


Recruitment

When recruiting new employees we will not discriminate race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, disibility, age or religion. We choose the person we think will fit in with the company and is best qualified for the job in hand.

Training

We know that the I.T. market is rapidly changing and new products come out all the time. We provide our staff with the correct training to improve their performance and make sure they can use new technologies that will benefit our customers.

 

Promotion

When the opportunity for promotion arises, we will make it our priority to make sure all our staff know about it, giving all employees the chance to apply. Promotions will be allocated in a fair and non-biased way. The job will be given to the employee that shows the most promise, and is most suited to the job.


Health and Safety

In the office Health and Safety laws are adhered to, in order to ensure that all employees are in a safe place. The fire procedure is prominently displayed and all employees are aware of the procedure.
